[Bug]: CLA link is dead

• I have read the disclaimer above and am reporting a suspected malfunction in Scylla.

The CONTRIBUTING.md points to the CLA at:

https://www.scylladb.com/open-source/contributor-agreement/

but this link is dead, it just redirects to the home page.

the CLA itself does still seem to be live at:

https://www.scylladb.com/wp-content/uploads/scylladb-contributor-license-agreement.pdf

I reported this issue here as it needs to be fixed in this repository, even if it is not, strictly speaking, a malfunction in scylladb itself.
