Deprecate or drop PyPy support

I never fully understood why we support it. The CI job for it is rather slow. We have had to do some minor hacks for PyPy, including their own dependencies, and will have to make more.

I feel like we should either deprecate it, to give users of PyPy + Scrapy a chance to convince us to keep it, or drop it altogether already.
