ROB-20441 (Sparkfun BLDC motor) Question

Hi, I was inspired by the smartknob design for another FOC-related project I'm currently working on and chose to try out the ROB-20441 motor that Scott utilized here. However, the datasheet provided by Sparkfun/the manufacturer is rather lacking. Has anybody taken apart one of these motors or otherwise determined the coil winding configuration (wye vs delta), and by extension the phase resistance, or calculated the kv value successfully?
