can't switch language caption when same primary language sub tag

When a language has multiple caption variants (e.g., English US/UK, French CA/FR, Spanish ES/MX, etc.), switching between variants does not update the caption displayed in the video. Example: i have 2 caption en-US, en-UK => can't switch language
