Signature Issue

fetching balance: binance {"code":-2015,"msg":"Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action."} AuthenticationError: binance {"code":-2015,"msg":"Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action."}

when fetching balance, this issue encounterd. But when fetch price and market..., this issue never encoutered according to same api key.
