Order of experimentation stages

Hi there, thank you for this amazing work, especially the tree search! I enjoyed using the code.

However, I'm unsure about a specific design choice. May I know why you chose to have the baseline tuning stage before the creative research stage? Shouldn't creative research happen first before hyperparameter tuning?
