FR: Choose which apps to paste when selecting an entry from the interface and which ones not to

Similar to #601, except they just wanted it to not paste at all. What I would like is the ability to select apps to do the opposite of the selected behavior. For example, if it's enabled and I exclude app A from it, then all but app A will paste on selection of an entry from the UI, and app A will only put the selection in the clipboard but won't paste it.
