RustFS do not start on Rocky 9 / RedHat 9 because they have glibc 2.34 instead of 2.38 or 2.39
Considering how they are widely used and supported until 2032, it would be nice to have a build with glibc 2.34 if possible.
I know that there are two workaround, but:
- using musl will slow down performance as per https://github.com/rustfs/rustfs/issues/738 and it's not provided as quick install RPM
- docker it's not always an option and I'd avoid it in this specific case if possible
