[REQUEST] Allow multiple instances installed of the same app-store app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Requested in the past ( #269 ), and presented as supportable with v4.0.0 multi app-store. This limitation is still in place.

Describe the solution you'd like Clicking install from an app-store, and having the ability to modify the name of the instance, thus allowing multiple copies of the same app side-by-side. Can be explicitly disabled from the config, if app-store maintainer wants to limit it.

Describe alternatives you've considered The existing workaround is to copy the configuration into a user created app. This has the limitation of not getting updates via the appstore repos.

Another alternative is creating a custom appstore, with multiple copies of the apps in the appstore. Requires quite a bit of work for just spinning up a new instance of a DB.
