Overview of the Issue

The server-configuration.md page describes the external_stores flag to enable external plan storage and says:

Atlantis reads the external_stores section from the repo config YAML

However, neither server-side-repo-config.md nor repo-level-atlantis-yaml.mdcontain any information on the syntax of this section.
