Integration proposal: memory store with verified transfer — export/import sealed memory bundles

I maintain cognicore-env (open-source, MIT) — a memory layer for agents that speaks MCP and needs no vector database or embedding server (TF-IDF retrieval over pure stdlib).

LlamaIndex has a memory abstraction and a broad store ecosystem; what no store provides is portability with provenance. Memory written in one LlamaIndex deployment stays there, and when teams do move it, it travels as text — no verification state, no history, no expiry.

Proposal: a LlamaIndex memory integration where memories can be exported and imported as sealed bundles. Per memory: proof (command, result, exit code, output hash), chain of custody across agents, observed-until-reverified import semantics, trust decay across unverified hops, validity intervals (a fact verified in March is not evidence about April), and owner-per-concept for conflicts — the last two validated in a public design review with multi-team operators.

Use case: a LlamaIndex agent that spent a month indexing and querying a codebase exports its verified conventions; another deployment (or a non-LlamaIndex agent) imports them and starts from evidence instead of zero.

Happy to contribute the store integration plus a notebook example. The transfer machinery is implemented and tested across four platforms. Is this a fit for the integrations catalog?
