对 `Omarchy`（基于 Arch Linux 的发行版）的支持

描述新的换源菜品

Omarchy 是基于 Arch Linux 的发行版（操作系统类）。其软件源由两部分组成：

1. Arch Linux 官方源：经 /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist 配置，为 core/extra/multilib 提供标准 archlinux 仓库镜像；
2. Omarchy Package Repository (OPR)：Omarchy 官方专属软件包仓库，配置在 /etc/pacman.conf 的 [omarchy] 段（如 Server = https://pkgs.omarchy.org/stable/$arch，通道分 stable/edge）。

目前 chsrc 无 Omarchy 支持，用户只能手动改配置文件。本请求新增两个 dish：

1. omarchy：换 Arch 镜像源。复用 os_arch 的源列表（chef_use_other_dish_sources），不重复维护一份；写入时保留官方 stable 镜像作兜底行、幂等清理 mirrorlist 中累积的 Server 行。
2. omarchyopr：换 [omarchy] 段的 OPR 仓库源。

重要注意：Omarchy 官方仅发布 x86_64 仓库，非 x86_64 架构下会报错退出。

请尽可能提供可参考的换源方法

1. Arch 镜像源换源：Omarchy 的 mirrorlist 是直接复用标准 Arch 镜像，与 Chsrc 现有 arch dish 的换源方法完全一致，参考方法见 Chsrc的README.md / 清华 TUNA / 中科大 USTC 等官方帮助页，也感谢先前为Chsrc提供Arch镜像的前辈们。
2. OPR 换源：
   • 官方 [omarchy] 段 Server = https://pkgs.omarchy.org/stable/$arch。
   • 自建镜像 omarchycn 为 https://git.zacharyzhang.com/api/packages/ZacharyZhang-NY/arch/omarchy/x86_64（Gitea 自托管仓库、重新签名，需导入其 registry key）。

重要注意：Omarchy 的更新脚本 omarchy-refresh-pacman 会用默认文件整体覆盖 pacman.conf / mirrorlist，换源后如被还原需重新执行。

重要注意：我询问了中国镜像站的作者，对方表示近期可能会与omarchy官方进行合并，届时我会根据具体情况再来维护更新。

目前已在安装了omarchy官方镜像和omarchycn镜像的机器上测试。
