rtk init -g --agent cursor fails

RTK is not being configured properly with global initialization for VS Code + Copilot

rtk wc does not read stdin — silent false zero on redirect and pipe

The PHP test filter deletes the `-expected` side of an assertion diff while keeping the `--- Expected` header, and `npm run-script <s>` is rewritten to `npm run run-script <s>`

`rtk ls` silently omits build/dist/target/coverage/venv/node_modules — no count, no marker — and `rtk tree` feeds Unix flags to Windows' `tree.com`, reporting "No subfolders exist" as success

With `--max-lines`, `-n` numbers the surviving lines 1..N (including the `[N more lines]` marker), so an agent told to edit "line 5" edits a different line; plus `--max-lines 0` emits brace soup and `-l minimal` drops the shebang

Exit-code inversions: a binary-file match becomes exit 1 (not found), a missing search root becomes exit 0 (success), and files under hidden directories are invisible to `rtk find`
