NProgress.js v0.2.0 and jQuery 3.7.1

I am importing jQuery via CDN from the following URL: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.7.1/jquery.min.js.
Specifically, I am having trouble with the NProgress.done(true); function, which does not seem to execute as expected. I would be extremely grateful if you could provide any guidance or suggestions to resolve this matter.
