Reddit "Sort By" & "Time" - Same Description

Describe the bug When filling out the form for reddit if you mouse over the blue information icon the "Sort By" has the correct info, but it has been duplicated under the "Time" option.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Scroll Down to 'Reddit'
2. Click on 'Show More'
3. Scroll down to 'Time' under the first section 'single'
4. Mouse over the "i" on the right.

Expected behavior An explanation of what time frame was referring to. If it was pulling only the "new" or "hot" items from the last week, month, year, etc.
