README has the inconsistent "reserved font name" line

Describe the bug

README.md has the "reserved font name" line.

But the LICENSE.txt file doesn't have it. I checked this issue https://github.com/rsms/inter/issues/282 and the RFN line in LICENSE.txt seemed to be removed. If you do not want RFN, please remove the line in README.md also.
