Remote mode: file pickers pick client-local paths

With a remote server, 'choose a folder/file' dialogs open on the client but the path must exist on the server (codeProject:add ENOENTs; spaces:uploadBlob filePath route reads the server's disk). Needs a server-path input or server-side browser; bytes-based uploads work.
