can't enter the normal binder

When I try to click on the button [Test them on Binder] in the readme section of the github mainpage (http://mybinder.org/repo/rougier/numpy-100/notebooks/100_Numpy_exercises.ipynb ). The following error occurred when the binder try to establish the Python environment. I am new to binder and don't know how to solve it. Can someone help me? I am sure I have turned off the ad blocking plugin. My browser is edge 112.0.1722.64 (normal version) @rougier
