[Feature] Metadata from Hackdex

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I play many Pokémon romhacks, many downloaded from Hackdex. It takes quite a while (if ever) for these romhacks to be entered in other metadata sources, so I usually have to manually add the metadata.

Describe the solution you'd like Adding Hackdex as a metadata source to get info and art of romhacks.

Describe alternatives you've considered Doing it manually; waiting for the info to appear in other metadata sources.

Additional context I have not looked into the feasibility of this feature at all, I don't know if Hackdex has any type of API for this type of metadata, or if the Hackdex devs would agree to it or not. This is just a vague wish for a possible future addition.
