[Feature] Per User Region/Language Preference Settings

The problem I have been running into is due to people using the app are trying to learn various languages. For example my friend is trying to learn German, while I am trying to learn Japanese. This results in our library having a bunch of games that each of us will never touch and overall clutter for other users who only play things in English.

Describe the solution you'd like

Right now there are already filters that let you sort of get this effect by sorting for regions and language. Language is a bit of a mixed bag, but region usually works pretty well.

Ideally, there would be a new option in the user's profile or interface that would let you set your "Regions" and/or "Languages". This would then automatically apply that filter so the library only shows games that are in the right language or region for each user.

This could also maybe hide platforms too, with a decent test case being the Nintendo 64DD (which I believe only has JPN region games)

Describe alternatives you've considered

The filters work as an okay substitute, but because you have to set them over and over, it becomes quite tedious and annoying for users. Moreover, features like Collections and Recommendation don't seem to have filters and often become less useful as it will pick and show games they can't even play in the first place.

Additionally, translation mods also exist for cult classics, but for a lot of the games in the library there is no option to play it without learning the language it's in, making that not a consistent option either

I apologize if this is already possible and I am being stupid, but I tried to read through the docs and looked for it as best as I could and did not find it.

Additional context

An example of this feature improving others can be seen with collections. An example is the "Ace Attorney" Games Collection. Because the originals released on GBA and the english on the DS, using 1R1G results in duplicate games in the collection in multiple languages. There is already and option to filter it by region inside the collection, but again it's more work for the end user. If games we're filtered by by default region, the english only users would only see the DS version or both could be seen if they wanted to play in Japanese.

This feature being missing results in a lot of collections of games that will never be played too, because they were only released in a language a user doesn't speak. This isn't a problem for someone who does speak that language, but for everyone else it's just clutter they'll need to sift through and it'd be nice to let them hide it automatically instead of having to set the filters every time you browse.
