Weird characters after dir, before prompt symbol and only on first prompt (especally when exec/zsh or in vscode integrated terminal)

When I start a new zsh, I get those :

}}

After dir, before prompt symbole and only when doing exec zsh or opening VSCode integrated terminal.

here's the file theme I use :

If you have any suggestion on why and how to fix this, I would love to have it !
