How to approach sections of the modules?

As a beginner learner from the website I don't get what exactly I am supposed to do in sections of Build it ,use It and ship it.how to approach these 3 sections Like in Build it where am I suppose to build it, where to ship it or use the use it section ?How does one solve the exercise If you could add some thinking steps would be beneficial .
