windows not auto refreshing icons when lively wallpaper is live

Describe the bug

when i delete something, usually it refreshes all desktop icons to you know, change the garbage bin icon and stuff like that BUT when lively wallpaper is live, it doesnt auto refresh and i have to refresh by hand which kind of annoys me like after i delete something, the trash bin SHOULD change icons but doesnt. pls fix.

Steps to reproduce

turn on lively then delete something

Expected behavior

the icons auto refresh to like change the recycle bin icon and etc
