Publish image to docker hub

Hi, my private network restricts internet access, so I'm unable to self-host since some dependencies require access to Gist. However, I can access Docker Hub through a special proxy. Would it be okay if I build a Docker image and publish it to Docker Hub, or would you prefer to handle it yourselves? Thank you!
