I had to add a postscript to fix the export. This item's language is set to English.

These may have different causes. {{SDR-based}} appears to be an issue in BBT's case-protection of hyphenated compounds: only the pre-existing capitalization of "SDR" should be protected, while "based" should remain available for title casing. The "next-Generation" result appears to originate in CSL title casing: CSL treats hyphenated components as separate words and lowercases stop words. This part may be an upstream CSL/Zotero title-caser limitation rather than a BBT-specific bug.
