UI improvement suggestion (device toolbar)

✍️ Description

Currently, the device toolbar shows scroll bars on the devices with a mobile width (where the width of the device is lesser than the width of the toolbar). I suggest to toggle between the current device toolbar layout for desktop and tablet devices and a dropdown for mobile devices for a better usability and visual appeal.

‍♂️ Is this a regression?

I have not used it long so I am not sure.
