Alt + Tab Switching Issue: App Flickers and Disappears on Windows 11

### ✍️ Description
When using the Alt + Tab shortcut to switch to Responsively App on Windows 11, the app briefly appears and then disappears, returning to the previous application. This issue only occurs on the first attempt to switch; next attempt work as expected. Then, after switching to another app, problem reappears
### ♂️ Is this a regression?
i had a 0.x version and switching was working ok, but from 1.x it broken
### Minimal Reproduction
- Open Responsively App on Windows 11.
- Open another application (e.g., Notepad, Browser).
- Press Alt + Tab to switch to Responsively App.
- Observe that the app appears for a fraction of a second and then disappears, returning to the previous application.
