Resilience4j TimeLimiter Does Not Terminate Threads After Timeout, Leading to Bulkhead Thread Exhaustion

Hello Team,

We are in the process of migrating from Hystrix to Resilience4j, and during this transition, we've encountered an issue. Specifically, we noticed that the Resilience4j TimeLimiter does not terminate the execution of a spawned thread even after a timeout exception is thrown. As a result, this leads to thread exhaustion in the bulkhead, as the thread remains occupied despite the timeout.

We have reviewed several articles on the topic, but unfortunately, none of the solutions have resolved the issue for us. We would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to handle this situation.
