Correctly handle orthographic camera position

This may or may not manifest as one or more bug(s): After a cursory look as part of https://github.com/rerun-io/rerun/pull/12704, we concluded that there may be some instances where the camera position is used for orthographic cameras, but a position on the camera plane would be more appropriate.
