Does not understand front matter or links

So far, the biggest issue I've found is that Reor does not understand Markdown front matter (it renders it as huge headers and ignores it contextually), which deprives the LLM of a lot of context: dates, tags, note titles, etc.

It also does not understand links or try to match them to note paths (my repository is highly hierarchical, as can be seen in https://taoofmac.com/static/graph)

Edited to add: It also destroys front matter on edited files, which is a big no-no.
