[Bug]: Notes being duplicated

What happened?

I’m using Remotely-Save with Google Drive on both Windows and iPhone. Sometimes, when I update a note on my phone and open it on my PC, the file duplicates on Google Drive. The duplicated version contains the new information, while Obsidian continues to display the original note without the updates. Furthermore, if I try to edit the note again, it continues to duplicate
