[Bug]: dup.dup.dup multiplying files

What happened?

Same as the report in https://github.com/remotely-save/remotely-save/issues/722 still reproducible

Smart conflict resolution is enabled.

What I am seeing is that it creates dupes of a .jpg file, but all of these files are identical, their md5 hash is the same. Is the plugin not verifying that the files are identical before creating a dup?
