Feature request: Create Skills for release-it that will be available on skills.sh

I would like to request a new feature for release-it: the creation of Skills for use on [(https://skills.sh/). These Skills would help new and existing users learn how to effectively use release-it, covering best practices, setup, and advanced workflows.

I am happy to contribute and can provide the first draft of the Skills if that helps get things started.
