Make contribution documentation more beginner-friendly

Describe the thing to improve

The current contribution documentation could be made more beginner-friendly for first-time contributors. A clearer step-by-step guide covering repository setup, installing dependencies, running packages/examples, running tests, linting/formatting, creating changesets, and opening a pull request would make it easier for newcomers to start contributing to Refine.
