`restore-file` broken for binaries on Firefox

Description

When I try using the "restore-file" feature on binary files, I get an error message in the bottom right saying:

Error: Permission denied to access property "constructor"

Clicking on the "Learn More" after the message in the browser console leads to this page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Errors/Property_access_denied
