Custom fields with type "tags" do not contains all values available in vault

For example, I've created "Relationship" field with tags type to People type, added "Friend" in one note, when I trying to add that in other note it isn't showing and isn't searchable in popup.

Probably it is also something to do with 2+ fields of same type, because when there is only one custom tags field - it works fine for it, second, third and so on won't has autocomplete and won't show all fields from vault.
