[Feature Request]: Add Russian (ru) localization support

Hello! Currently, RedisInsight doesn't have Russian language support in the UI.

I've prepared a Russian localization file and attached it to this issue. Please add Russian localization to the project so it's possible to use RedisInsight in Russian.
