Problem: Latest Index.yaml cannot be imported into Vectr platform

What did you do?

• Downloaded Index.yaml version committed Aug. 16 2026.
• Navigated to Vectr library import page
• Opened file explorer and selected Index.yaml for upload
• File uploaded and verified
• Clicked "Submit"
• Selected all campaigns to import
• Clicked "Save"

What did you expect to happen?

The Atomic tests are populated into Vectr for selection during purple teaming exercises.

What happened instead?

• ERROR IMPORT FAILURE popup from Vectr UI
• POST request returned error 500

Further testing shows Index.yaml from April 29, 2026 commit is last compatible version.
