[VR gallery] add devtools, annotations, and stackblitz integration

Followup from https://github.com/recharts/recharts/issues/7738

devtools and stackblitz are useful for debugging and sharing. All of this already exists on the website (www folder) but not in the playwright VR gallery.

Alternatively consider moving it all to the website, and integrating playwright with the www folder instead.
