Why this exists

I have a stable job at DocHQ and I'm happy there. But after seeing so many posts about layoffs and long job searches, I decided to start preparing before I need a new role — building a list of companies I'd want to work at and connecting with people there early.

That side project grew into ReadyToTouch.
