FR: Double Page Spread support

What problem would this feature solve?

When reading comic books they sometimes feature a double page spread (i.e. a continuous image across two pages). Typically these are stored as a single image. Currently these are displayed as if they were a single page (see attached image).

Describe the solution you'd like.

It would be good if Readest could detect these and display only that one image. This is also important for alignment of later pages. I imagine this could be done fairly simply by detecting if some images have a landscape aspect ratio when the majority are portrait.

Describe workarounds you may have used to acheive the same results.
