Repro steps
I opened developer tools and went to the react dev tools profiling tab. There it says "Profiling not supported. Profiling support requires either a development or profiling build of React v16.5+. Learn more at reactjs.org/link/profiling."
When I follow this URL, the top of the page says, "This site is no longer updated. Go to react.dev"
