Unable to provide custom resize handle in v2

Describe the bug

I've tried a couple different methods but it seems i am unable to replace the resize handle with my own component. When i attach the react-resizable-handle react-resizable-handle- classes we see both my custom component and the default one.

Expected behavior

As dev, i expect being able to overwrite the handle with my own
