Gutter not available with gap

I noticed that when using React-Bootstrap with Bootstrap 5, the g-* classes (gap utilities) are not behaving the same way as expected for gutters inside . The standard g-3 class should provide gutter spacing, but in my setup it doesn’t seem to apply correctly. horizontally not working with anything.
