iCloud Photos backend can't read photo albums with a forward slash in their name

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

The iCloud Photos backend can't read photo albums that have a forward slash in their name.

What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

rclone v1.74.2

Which OS you are using and how many bits (e.g. Windows 7, 64 bit)

macOS, 64 bit.

Which cloud storage system are you using? (e.g. Google Drive)

iCloud Photos

The command you were trying to run (e.g. rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)

rclone copy icloudphotos:/ local-dir/

A log from the command with the -vv flag (e.g. output from rclone -vv copy /tmp remote:tmp)

ERROR : PrimarySync/Nov/Dec 2019: error reading source directory: directory not found
ERROR : PrimarySync/Jun/Jul 2020: error reading source directory: directory not found

The albums are named "Nov/Dec 2019" and "Jun/Jul 2020".
