New storage provider feature request: Git repo and Git over HTTPS

What problem are you are trying to solve?

• Automatically sync local directories with a git repo.
• Mount git repo to local directories

How do you think rclone should be changed to solve that?

Add support for git repo and git over https as a storage provider. Similar project: https://github.com/hbons/SparkleShare https://sparkleshare.org/
