❓ [Question]: Vietnamese font error ?

when I use English everything is great, but when using Vietnamese, the caption displayed in the video will have a font error, I also tried replacing it with arial font but it didn't work. How to make sure the Vietnamese font is not corrupted? Normally, if the file transcribtion will use utf-8 format, so as not to have the Vietnamese language font error. but I have searched quite deeply for the files but can't find any mention of this format. only fonts !!
