Algolia AI search does not work properly

Description

The AI search option on Algolia seemingly doesn't work at all. In testing, I have not gotten it to succeed in answering any question or search, it very frequently says "I'm sorry, I couldn't find this information in the provided context. Please refer directly to the official website." Feedback is limited but stats show that it is largely negative (11 downvotes, 5 upvotes). We should assess whether we can fix this with better configuration, or just get rid of it since frontier AI models can access the web and search our docs anyway.

Reproduction steps

1. Search a normal query in the search bar in our docs
2. Press enter, or hit "Ask AI"
3. Get an error that says it can't find any information, ex:
