Describe the solution you'd like

A toolbox category codelab that runs the user through the steps to export a toolbox category that can then be used within their own toolbox.

We can use the set of built-in blocks and create a "Basic" category. This category is a small selection (around 5) of commonly used blocks.

In the codelab, we'll create the toolbox category that adds these blocks, and then demonstrate how to include that new toolbox category as another category in the developer's toolbox.

We can also show how to substitute one category with another.
