FULL deactivation of ALL windows related stuff such (store,apps,updates)

Describe the issue

default settings deactivated/ereased abilty of -all windows updates -all windows app usages (after run the program i was never able to use some apps such xbox, -all windows store

and i would not be able to return withouth formatting -also it did not remove windows defender protections

Steps to reproduce

i literally copy the cmd line your window opened just kept choosing default settings
